Welcome Onboard
We thought it would prove wise to start our mutual learning journey with a bang and offer insights into the continuous learning journey of our team, as we evolve and grow.
Freshly nurtured and straight from our lab we’ve decided to host and share learning conversations with a number of thoughtful and forward thinking leaders and entrepreneurs.
-> Yes! These conversations are part of the Public Version of the L2L Newsletter.
Our carefully hand picked interview subjects all got one shared interest in common - They’ve all decided to explore, invest in and experiment with building their own learning organizations.
INPUT: If you are able and willing to offer any thoughts or ideas on how to label these conversations, we would truly appreciate your considerate and wise suggestions and input in the comments below!
Conversations Empowering Transformation
We believe that this published series of laidback chats, talks and convo’s will provide a sense of deep inspiration and motivation. As much as it will boost our own learning journey, we hope it also will be to your direct benefit and help fuel your own quest to evolve and nurture a thriving learning culture in your organization.
All of the conversations which we pursue are made in an ad-hoc impromptu leisure style and fireside chat format.
Sometimes we meet our inspirational sources and interview subjects online through a Zoom video conference and when we get an an opportunity IRL in the flesh. Starting up we publish our chats in a plain textual and written format. Gradually we plan to implement both pods and recorded video casts.
Please note: If you are keen to suggest any number of forward thinking leaders and entrepreneurs you think that we ought to talk to and engage in conversation with, then you are warmly welcome to submit your suggestion either in the comments below, or if you prefer in the form provided right here (to be published) ->
Melting of Minds
Our passion and gut simply guides and engages us more deeply when mutually discovering joint insights, which seem to evolve spontaneously, as the conversation progress.
As GEORGE PÓR wisely states in his tweet:
Many times we stumble on joint ways of thinking and reflecting in our conversations. Then we simply try to find a new opportunity where we can explore more deeply in a coming meet-up.
We’ll link any potential follow ups and further convo’s to the original post, as well as update the posts (newsletters) continuously as we go.
This way of act-upon-inquiry, performing guided conversations and sharing these with the wider community provide a genuinely functional and deeply engaging way to learn together, practicing mutual learning.
Innovation by Inquiry
Our newsletter format, serving up a public subscription, gives us an opportunity to both share and get feedback on thoughts and ideas that are continuously evolving.
This approach offer a more investigative and inquiry-lead way to practice Open Innovation which perhaps can help break down some of the silos through which many innovation initiatives are carried out in traditional centralized and hierarchical organizations.
We simply acknowledge that we do not know it all, or are full blown experts. We are simply humble explorers in the field of continuous learning. We are indeed curious and allow ourselves to be open minded for the process that are evolving in front of us.
Continue Learning For The Sake of Your Fellow Learners.
Engaged Reader Participation
The newsletters, hosted by the Lead To Learn Initiative (l2l), offer a transformative practice, engaging and sharing a mutually beneficial dialogue together with you as a reader and participant.
We invite you to participate, get involved and become engaged in our mutual learning journey together with us and our growing team.
So, please welcome to subscribe and get deeper insights into how we jointly can build learning conversations as we go. Please feel free to share this newsletter to your hearts content and with your most compassionate intentions.
Join Our Exploration Team
If you along the way feel inspired and wish to actively engage at a deeper level with the paying subscriber community then please consider to sign up for a paid subscription of this newsletter.
NOTE: Paid subscription launching later in the fall of 2019. Updates may occur!
This will allow you to get personalized coaching designing and planning your own continuous learning journey, both personally as well as professionally, at a much deeper, granular and methodical level.
Getting a paid subscription user base will help co-finance and sustain our joint explorations and give us the freedom to experiment as an open innovation hub uncovering several simultaneous layers of mutual learning. All of which we will share and distribute back to the our co-learning community.
Our aim is simply to explore how we best can learn together. Our only mission is to uncover an adaptive format for continuous mutual learning which enable us to drive and evolve both our ventures further.
We believe that our joint effort will transform how we learn and work together and hopefully will also bring much greater purpose to what we do.
This is the motivation that drive us, to move us further into unknown territory, as we jointly become explorers of regenerative and commons based transformation.
