  • You’ll also get an opportunity to extend your earning capabilities further through co-producing and delivering the Lead To Learn learning journey.

  • You’ll be able to co-finance the co-learning community and get a custom yearly subscription rate when scaling the learning effort to your team or organization.

  • You’ll get personalized invitations to physical events and workshops which we will offer together with partners and invited thought leaders.

  • We are also beginning to research a token-based system to allow a more extended version of the mutual and commons based reward system.

To support you as a Lead To Learn Ambassador we will actively connect and network on your behalf - upon request naturally - to further an active learning dialogue between community participants, stakeholders and partners.

Who Are We?

The initiator and founder, behind the L2L Initiative is Jan Friman, 54. Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, currently residing with his wife Thanya in the beautiful county of Södermanland, a 40 min. train ride south-west of Stockholm.

As an entrepreneur at heart, a somewhat ‘outgrown and redundant’ management consultant and aspiring coach with experience working both with global brands, small businesses and government organizations, Jan early began to develop a deep interest and passion for the intersection between online communication and mutual learning.

With a background from the global advertising industry, just when the Internet began to connect people who perhaps were never meant to connect in the physical realm, Jan stumbled into the world of business development and landed in the startup scene.

He began to evolve and mature his entrepreneurial skills through assisting a number of entrepreneurs, fresh startups as well as more developed ventures and enterprises, innovating new products, services and business processes.

Eventually Jan came to the realization that genuine organizational learning and growth need to be synchronized and facilitated through a linked network of people who genuinely care both for themselves, everyone else as well as the planet at large - all in equal measures of course. Compassion need to begin with a ‘wise form of selfishness’, according to H.H The Dalai Lama.

The conclusion growing from this realization was that this type of manifestation only could be achieved through continuous open innovation and experimentation establishing a commons based business format to form an entirely new type of enterprise.

A tingling insight emerged which suggested that merely traditional capitalistic economic models, establishing limited ownership, would simply not suffice in an era of unprecedented global challenges.

Hence the idea of Lead To Learn™ began to sprout in the spring of 2018.

Here’s a recent video from the r3.0 2019 Conference with a number of talks (Kate Raworth, Joe Brewer and Nora Bateson), suggesting an alternative direction and mode of conduct moving forward.

Now 15 months later... Here we are! Late summer of 2019. You’ll begin to experience the shapes of a ‘sprouting plant’ taking form and emerge as you progress onwards.

Let’s keep experimenting and enjoy our mutual learning journey forward together!

Let’s Weave!
